The family practice began in 1970 with Dr. Haytham’s father. That history represents more than a date; it reflects generations of patients who placed their trust in the family for dental care. Today, Dr. Haytham owns and clinically manages Gemini Dental Clinic at Kazan Plaza Mall. The clinic carries that legacy forward with a modern location, direct patient communication and treatment planning designed around the needs of the individual rather than a quick, temporary answer.
We believe dependable dentistry starts by identifying the real problem. A symptom, cosmetic concern or missing tooth may have more than one possible solution, and the right choice depends on the condition of the teeth, gums, bite, general health and the patient’s priorities. Our aim is to provide results that are clinically appropriate, understandable and maintainable, not to recommend a procedure simply because it is the fastest or most fashionable option.
About Dr. Haytham Samir Moharrum
Dr. Haytham graduated from Cairo University in 1994 and has built more than three decades of experience across restorative dentistry, dental laser applications, university teaching, hospitals and clinical training. His professional work has included Cairo University and MUST University, the National Institute of Laser Enhanced Sciences, hospitals in Egypt and academic and clinical work in Saudi Arabia. This broad background supports an approach that connects scientific knowledge with the practical needs of patients in the clinic.
Laser Dentistry Leadership
Dr. Haytham is Director of the Laser Medical Center at the National Institute of Laser Enhanced Sciences, Cairo University, and leads professional clinical dental laser training. His work with dental lasers extends back to the 1990s. At Gemini, laser technology is used when it supports the diagnosis and treatment objective; it is not treated as a marketing substitute for examination, experience or careful technique.
Specialist Dental Team
Some dental concerns need specialist input. The team includes visiting orthodontist Dr. Walied Touni, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and oral and maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Mohamed Touny. Coordinating care allows restorative, orthodontic, surgical and cosmetic needs to be considered together, helping patients receive a more connected plan.

Payment can be made by cash, InstaPay or bank transfer, and international consultations can be coordinated before travel.
